Live Arrival Guarantee

This policy refers to livestock deliveries only.

Our pledge:

"Our livestock will be free from parasites and be in good health. They will be free of injury. They will be packaged securely and safely. Their packaging will clearly identify that they are livestock and include fragile tape. The packaging will be suitable for the weather. They will arrive alive."

Every effort is made to ensure that livestock is packaged securely and safely so that they are comfortable during the delivery process. Unfortunately, in rare cases, livestock can perish.

If this happens, our Live Arrival Guarantee comes into force. The Live Arrival Guarantee ensures that you receive your livestock alive or you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.

For the Live Arrival Guarantee to apply, several conditions must be met that are outlined below:

• The delivery address and contact information must be correct

• There must be someone available to take delivery of the livestock at the first delivery attempt

• The parcel must not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour

• Contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery to advise of the situation

• Video/photographic evidence must be provided of the livestock in its original packaging

• Saturday delivery must not be selected

If the above conditions are met, you will be offered a refund.

In the event of a refund, you will be refunded the full amount less the postage costs.

In circumstances where the delivery company fail to deliver or there is a fault with the packaging methods that have directly resulted in the livestock perishing, a full refund will be offered including the postage.
